PWD Connect are currently recruiting Cover supervisorsto work in Secondary/Primary schools across the Stafford area. The Cover supervisor roles we have available range from day to day, short term and a long term basis.

Key Responsibilities of ourCover supervisors:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects within the secondary school curriculum.
• Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as they progress academically.
• Supervise students during lessons, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and interactive learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance with their studies.
• Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting positive behaviour and maintaining discipline within the classroom.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the school.
