Deputy Manager - Children's Home

Role: Deputy Manager

Hours: Full-time

Location: Wheaton Aston

Salary: 拢39,000 per annum including sleeps (DOE)

I'm currently working with an established children's residential provider to recruit a Deputy Manager to join their progressive and established team in Clitheroe. This role does include evening and weekendshifts and sleeps so you must be flexible to work this pattern.

路 Quality bespoke training packing and generous remuneration for sleep-in shifts (拢70.47 per sleep-in with an average of 11 per month)

路 28 days annual leave entitlement, rising to 33 days with 5 years service

路 Time and a third for overtime

You must have:

路 Must have a full UK driving license

路 Must be fully flexible and have the ability to work varied shift patterns

路 Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent

路 The desire to develop into a Registered Children's Home Management

The main duties of a Deputy Manager:

路 To lead the team to deliver high quality care to the young people

路 To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with company policies and procedures

路 To communicate effectively young people's care plans and other associated documentation

路 To undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package

路 To attend/chair staff meetings and be proactive in developing and improving the service model
