Your new company

This fantastic nursery in the Stafford region is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their established team on a full time permanent basis, working with the babies and toddlers within the nursery. This role is a fantastic opportunity to either kick-start your career in nurseries following completing your EY qualification, or have a change over from a previous nursery to gain further experience!Your new role

Ideally, this nursery is looking for a full time member of staff available to work all year round, however can consider part time availability. The hours required each week will be between the hours of 7.30-6pm, Monday to Friday. The role is also ideally all year round, meaning more flexibility on your own annual leave! What you'll need to succeed

- You MUST hold a minimum of a Level 2 early years relevant qualification (teaching assistant and health and social care qualifications will not be accepted for this role)- Have experience working within nurseries/childcare settings that is recent and referenceable- Passion for the role is vital and a desire to improve engagement and develop young learners/toddlers/babies will make you the ideal candidate for this role. - Good knowledge of EYFS, Safeguarding, Equal opportunities, and child development.
