Madisons Recruitment are looking for Multi Skilled Engineer to start as soon as possible. Our client is An established property maintenance company is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for a reliable and skilled professional who values high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving properties across various sectors. Your expertise in Plastereing, Plumbing, Brickwork and Flooring along with a basic understanding of secondary trades, will be essential in delivering top-tier solutions to clients. 

Requirements

• Fully qualified in your primary trade
• Experience in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance role
• Strong time management & organizational skills
• Ability to work independently & take initiative
• A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
• Excellent customer service & communication skills
• Basic IT & paperwork skills
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• No criminal convictions
• Able to provide references from previous employers
• Must have worked full-time in the last 2 years
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary
