We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our team for ongoing work, providing support to patients in various NHS settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to patients, including assisting with daily activities such as washing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
- Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting changes to senior healthcare staff.
- Assisting with the administration of medication and basic medical tasks as required.
- Supporting patients in a respectful, compassionate, and professional manner.
- Maintaining patient records and following NHS policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous UK NHS experience as a Healthcare Assistant is a must.
- Valid DBS check (or willing to obtain one).
- Experience with personal care and patient handling.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible to work across different shift patterns (days, nights, weekends).
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
