Paediatric Dietitian (Locum)- Band 7

Location: Stafford

Working Hours : 37.5hours

Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing

Must work face to face, no remote work

Job Summary

The Paediatric Dietitian (Locum) will provide specialist dietary assessment, treatment, and nutritional advice to children and adolescents across various clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, and community environments. This role is responsible for supporting the nutritional health of children with various health conditions, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Nutrition Assessment and Planning

    • Conduct detailed nutritional assessments for paediatric patients, including those with complex medical, surgical, and metabolic conditions.
    • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
    • Utilize anthropometric measurements, dietary intake data, and clinical parameters to inform nutrition recommendations.
