Salary- From the 1st April 2025 - Annual pay 26,000.00, increasing to 27,300.00 upon completion of the probationary period
Criteria-
Experience of using MS Word and Outlook is essential, along with good communication and organisational skills, a full driving license and your own vehicle.
You must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care as a minimum, and ideally be working towards a Level 3 (or equivalent). You must have also worked in Health and Social Care for a minimum of 2 years, with at least 1 year being at a Senior Level or equivalent.
Please note that this role will be based within the Home Care office, working on a rotational shift pattern Monday to Friday working 7am-2:45pm on week 1 and 11:15am-7pm on week 2. You will also be required to be on-call on a rotational basis, including evenings and weekends.
We will provide the successful applicant with full training, coaching and support to enable you to feel fully confident in this role.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Carer to work within the Home Care business and are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and dedicated individual to join our highly skilled Senior Team.
The types of duties you may undertake include: -
- Carry out an assessment of care needs for the client, plan and implement appropriate care in consultation with the client, relatives, appropriate person, and the wider care team.
- Produce person centred care plans and risk assessments for new/existing clients in both the office and the clients' property.
- Continuously evaluate the quality of care delivery and regularly update support plans.
- Conduct reviews of client needs and service delivery in a timely manner.
- Be alert to any changes in clients' condition and/or circumstances and act appropriately when these changes occur.
- Build good relationships with clients, provide daily care to help maintain and improve independence, individuality, mobility, dignity, respect, and choice at all times.
- Liaise with other professionals/organisations to ensure clients are receiving the appropriate support required, including medication ordering and monitoring.
- To report back to the management team on any aspect of client care which they feel warrants investigation or urgent action.
- To follow up any secondary visits of new client packages and arrange service start dates, liaising with the planning team regarding call times and rounds. Introduce staff to new clients.
- Line management responsibility of Home Care Support Workers, including performance management, appraisals, supervisions, training and development, discipline, grievance, and all other management duties.
