This role will be part of the Senior Management team reporting to the MD. They currently hold silver status IIP and to ensure they maintain that standard, and ideally want someone who will help them achieve Gold. They employ c110 across warehousing, head office and field sales. Your new role
- This is a hands-on, truly generalist role, where you will take the lead in ER, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, talent planning, performance management, payroll and pension management, and employee engagement.
- To ensure that HR practises and objectives provide a high-performance culture that emphasises the quality, productivity, goal attainment and ongoing development of the workforce.
- The HR Manager is responsible for the development of processes that support the achievement of the organisation's business goals.
- Managing basic administrative support for the directors and to ensure that all deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
- To support the Health and Safety strategy by ensuring compliance in the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally, CIPD qualified
- Strong employment law knowledge
- A passion for people and their continuous development.
