This is a great opportunity to work for a very ambitious well known UK Manufacturer & Service organisation that has a global footprint. They are looking for a very analytical HR coordinator who has experience within Employee Relations, GDPR, & Performance Initiatives.
This is an exciting role within HR providing support to the HR function in areas such as reporting, HR processes, accurate management of input to the employee management system and ad hoc support where required. The successful candidate will work in HR team supporting a large multi-national manufacturing company and will get exposure to a full range of HR functions including employee relations, and benefits, recruitment and training.

  • Some Experience in an HR role
  • Working towards or holding CIPD and level
  • Experience in an large organisation environment.
  • Experience using computer systems.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Flexible, approachable and a team-player.


The Company are going through a very exciting expansion, consequently why this role will be key to their success next year and beyond.
The role is expected to be initially for 6 - 12 months, however is expected to extend beyond this and likely to turn into a long term, secure contract role.
