Candidates must be able to work full-time, any 5 days out of 7, with shifts ranging from 0600-2100, including weekends and bank holidays.
The position offers a pay rate of £11.44 per hour for a 37.5-hour work week, and previous customer service experience is preferred.

Job description
We are recruiting for Help Desk Operators for our client in Acton Gate nr. Stafford (ST18)

Role Description

Handlingall incoming calls from the delivery crews for the large item delivery for Argos; Looking into order histories, checking out item issues, looking for directions and contact numbers. We cover all of the Uk, Scotland and Ireland.We also receive queries from customer service which may involve contacting Depots and distribution centres.

Candidates need to be able to work Full time, any 5 days out of 7, Shifts 8 hours anywhere between 0600-1400 to 1300-2100 weekdays and 0600-1400 -1000-1800 on weekends, Breaks are a 30 min unpaid lunch break and two 15 min paid breaks .

Currently working every other weekend, and this is planned in advance on the rota. We also work most bank holidays and again this is planned on the rota.

The rate of pay is £11.44 per hour and it is 37.5 hours per week.

Candidates need to be computer literate, basic Microsoft office skills are required i.e. filling in spreadsheets and navigating Internet explorer; They also need to have goodtelephone manner and preferably have customer service experience.

Training is on thejoband provided by an in-house trainer, we find it takes approx. 1 week.

Requirements:

Fully PC literate.
Excellent communicationskills.
Organised.
Previous experiencein customer service.
Flexible to work weekends.
Right to work in the UK.
Own Transport or live local to the ST18 area.
