Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the stability, security, and efficiency of IT network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with IT managed services providers while transitioning to in-house IT resources.
  • Support the implementation of a company-wide ERP system.
  • Provide day-to-day IT support for the team.

What You Bring:

  • Strong knowledge in network management (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, switching).
  • Expertise in scalable, secure systems architecture.
  • Proficiency in software such as Creo, PTC Windchill, and Oracle NetSuite.
  • Experience with operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, UNIX).
  • Knowledge of database management and cloud computing platforms.

Technical Environment:

  • Hyper-V virtualisation on Dell servers.
  • Dell PCs, Sophos hardware firewalls, fibre links, and StarLink internet redundancy.
