Project Manager – Civica Migration

Start: ASAP

Duration: Until March 2025

Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working Model

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Civica system migration project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project goals are met
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new system
  • Provide training and support to staff to enhance their understanding and usage of the new digital platform
  • Prepare final project report summarising outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management within a Local Government
  • Knowledge of Civica systems and local government operations
  • Strong understanding of system migration processes and digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable
