Project Manager – Civica Migration
Start: ASAP
Duration: Until March 2025
Rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working Model
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Civica system migration project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project plan, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new system
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their understanding and usage of the new digital platform
- Prepare final project report summarising outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for future projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within a Local Government
- Knowledge of Civica systems and local government operations
- Strong understanding of system migration processes and digital transformation initiatives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable
