Fraud Investigation Manager

This is a great opportunity to work for a Top Entertainment business who are a market leader within the space. As a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will be managing a team of investigators and working with senior stakeholders internally and externally to protect the business and its customers against fraud.

The Role

As a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will be working within a team to:

  • Investigating fraud cases and supporting the team at the escalation phase
  • Managing a team of fraud investigators and managing the teams workload
  • Staying up-to-date with fraud trends, regulation and policy
  • Analysing and supporting new fraud trends being seen by the investigators
  • Working with the data teams to create new solutions in stopping transaction fraud
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies to make sure the business is in line with fraud regulation

Your skills and experience

For you to be successful as a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will need:

  • Experience as a Fraud Manager
  • Experience managing a team of fraud investigators
  • Strong experience investigating transaction fraud
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both upwards and downwards
  • Experience working closely with regulators
