This is a great opportunity to work for a Top Entertainment business who are a market leader within the space. As a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will be managing a team of investigators and working with senior stakeholders internally and externally to protect the business and its customers against fraud.
The Role
As a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will be working within a team to:
- Investigating fraud cases and supporting the team at the escalation phase
- Managing a team of fraud investigators and managing the teams workload
- Staying up-to-date with fraud trends, regulation and policy
- Analysing and supporting new fraud trends being seen by the investigators
- Working with the data teams to create new solutions in stopping transaction fraud
- Liaising with regulatory bodies to make sure the business is in line with fraud regulation
Your skills and experience
For you to be successful as a Fraud Investigation Manager, you will need:
- Experience as a Fraud Manager
- Experience managing a team of fraud investigators
- Strong experience investigating transaction fraud
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage both upwards and downwards
- Experience working closely with regulators
