The business is a fast-growing Wealth Management firm looking for a Graduate Trainee Investment Manager to join their team in Stafford.

Their ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent CISI or CFA qualification with the desire to develop further.

The Business

The business is a well-established Wealth Management business. The client is at the heart of what they do where they look to provide exceptional and personal service. They are currently going through a period of rapid growth, hence the need to expand their team.

The Role

In this role, you will initially support Investment Managers in delivering exceptional client service across a variety of wealth management activities.

Your responsibilities include attending client meetings, monitoring and executing agreed actions, preparing investment reports, and managing associated administration tasks.

You’ll engage in portfolio management, trade executions, and conduct in-depth investment research, providing insights to the team during committee meetings. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with clients’ professional advisors, such as solicitors and tax advisors, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

The Benefits

  • Salary -£25k - £36k
  • Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
  • Company bonus scheme.
  • Death in service (4x salary).
