The Role:
Our Client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a caseload of matters from instruction through to completion with Secretarial support. You will be part of an existing team consisting of four Solicitors and three Secretaries, working in your own office (not open plan).Â
The role will entail managing a caseload - where the core work is Business Leases and Commercial Sales and Purchases, however they do deal with all Agricultural matters, Renewable Energy Leases such as solar farms and property work linked to franchising.
About You:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor in excess of 2 years’ PQE to work in a friendly, high street practice that can offer real progression opportunities and the right support to develop you professionally. There are several young Partners within the firm and there is a real opportunity for this!Â
