Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic, national law firm that is in need of an experienced family lawyer to join them at their Stafford office. As a family lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law matters. This will include: divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and more.

This role is offering a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum. This will be dependent on experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities Of The Family Lawyer Role:

  • Advise clients on family law matters, offering clear and practical guidance.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, court hearings, and mediations
  • Build strong client relationships based on trust and excellent service.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with family law experience. The firm is open to fee earners with strong experience also.
  • Strong knowledge of UK family law, including divorce, child arrangements, and financial disputes.
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.
