Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage family law matters: divorce, financial settlements, children issues, cohabitation disputes, and domestic violence.
- Take the lead in shaping and growing the family law department.
- Conduct advocacy, legal research, and business development activities.
- Assist the Director with specific tasks and high-value cases as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years PQE (or equivalent) with experience in managing privately funded family law caseloads.
- Ambitious and commercially astute, with a flair for networking and business development.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
