New Build Conveyancer - Stafford

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a New Build Conveyancer to join a large, multi-site law firm in its Stafford office. This permanent role offers full-time or part-time (4 days) options, with flexibility for shorter working days.

The Role:

This position provides autonomy to grow and develop the firm’s new build offering within the Stafford area. You will manage a manageable caseload, supported by two legal assistants, and focus on handling legal work, with administrative support for file opening and post-completion tasks.

The firm welcomes candidates with new build and management experience who are looking for a fresh challenge. If you have worked in residential development or on behalf of house builders, this could be the ideal next step for you.
