Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant – Stafford

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Post Completion Conveyancing Assistant to join a highly regarded and well-established conveyancing team in its Stafford office.

The Role:

You will be a vital part of the firm’s post completion conveyancing department, providing comprehensive support throughout the post-completion process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Submitting stamp duty payments to HMRC
  • Serving notices to landlords
  • Registering new owners with the Land Registry
  • Handling requisitions, ledgers, and other administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 6 months of conveyancing experience
  • A legal background (Law Degree or LPC)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
