The Role

As the Inventory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end inventory processes, ensuring stock accuracy, and optimising supply chain efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels and minimise discrepancies.
  • Data Analysis: Use forecasting tools and inventory metrics to streamline operations.
  • Network Support - supporting various branches within the network with standardising processes
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a dedicated team of inventory professionals.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and refine systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in inventory management within a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of WMS systems
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Renumeration Package:

  • £45,000 - £50,000 (dependent on experience).
