Job Title - Warehouse Team Manager

Hours of work - Monday to Friday, Rotating Days 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

Responsibilities :

  • Take responsibility for all Health & Safety and Environmental issues during your shift.
  • Support colleagues through excellent communication and active leadership.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and handover management between shifts.
  • Translate, analyse, and deliver customer needs through effective operations.
  • Ensure resource availability and skilled, trained personnel.
  • Deliver consistent service levels, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide effective leadership, management, and communication across all warehouse departments.
  • Uphold high standards of excellence in culture and behaviours.
  • Display a ‘can do’ attitude to enhance team motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Engage with and treat employees with respect, promoting diversity.
  • Recognise and proactively manage continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure all internal and external KPIs are achieved and regularly reviewed.

  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work within a team and interact at all levels.
