I am looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join my clients Maintenance team at their busy manufacturing plant in Staffordshire. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engineering.

Description

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults to prevent production downtime.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the wider engineering team on various projects.
Provide technical support and training to other team members.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

MONDAY - FRIDAY - DAYS - 40 HOURS

Profile

You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer/Technician, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment, along with:

A recognised qualification in Engineering discipline
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
