I am looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join my clients Maintenance team at their busy manufacturing plant in Staffordshire. This role requires a highly skilled individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for engineering.

Description

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair faults to prevent production downtime.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the wider engineering team on various projects.
  • Provide technical support and training to other team members.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

MONDAY - FRIDAY - DAYS - 40 HOURS

Profile

You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer/Technician, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment, along with:

  • A recognised qualification in Engineering discipline
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
