Sales and Marketing Executive – Sports Coaching Company 

  • Full time.
  • Hybrid.
  • Location: HQ Blackburn.
  • Salary: Circa £32’000 to £35’000.
  • Living base: You will ideally live between West Midlands and Lancashire.

We're looking for a Sales and Marketing specialist to help grow the business by shaping and driving our B2B through direct sales, building relationships with existing customers and driving the social marketing through the roof!

We need you to maximise the reach and communication to existing and new customers.

Sales and Marketing – Sports Coaching Company – Role 

  • Building new contacts through a direct sales approach.
  • Attract business meetings / networks and appointments through proactive sales, marketing and communication.
  • Proactively managing and developing partnerships.
  • Understanding how marketing can influence the revenue.
  • Content creation and delivery.
  • Ability to build and drive social media and content daily.
  • Self-sufficient and highly motivated to drive sales and marketing.
  • Being proactive and using initiative to work independently and take 'charge' of the role.

You must have proactive sales experience and a working knowledge of how to drive a business through socials (Inst/Facebook/TikTok/LinkedIn). We are seeking a Sales and Marketing specialist who is extremely comfortable working with external contacts. A confident, outgoing personality is key, along with the ability to influence business challenges and drive change.
