Project ManagerThis is an office-based role, commutable from Stafford, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Telford, Lichfield, Walsall, Dudley, and North Birmingham, with travel to sites across the UK£50,000 - £70,000 + Yearly Performance & Profit Bonus (Uncapped, 1st Year Average between £5,000-£10,000) + Company Car/Car Allowance (Personal Use) + Fuel Card + Pension + Holiday Are you a confident and driven Project Manager with experience leading large-scale HVAC or air conditioning installations, looking to take ownership of million-pound projects and make a genuine impact in a fast-growing business?This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company experiencing a surge in demand across its operations. Specialising in commercial projects nationwide, the business is expanding rapidly and is now looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to help manage increased workload and ensure continued project.Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of contracts, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee UK-wide commercial installations. Working closely with the Director, you will support the successful delivery of projects, contribute to operational growth, and play a key role in ensuring each installation meets the highest standards.You will be based at their head office and travel to sites across the UK around 50% of the time. Your role will include attending weekly site meetings, leading pre-start discussions with clients, and taking full responsibility for addressing and resolving any technical or operational challenges during the installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems. You will also play a key part in managing workloads, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying potential new leads for future business.This is the perfect role for a high-performing Project Manager who is ready to step into a role with autonomy, responsibility, and direct influence over the success of, high-value HVAC projects.The Role:

  • Attending site meetings weekly across the UK
  • Manage, address and overcome issues that arise during the installation of air-conditioning and ventilation systems
  • Meet clients at prestart meetings where required
  • assisting with general administrative tasks.
  • Designing and estimating Projects
  • Developing leads
  • Yearly Profit/ Performance Bonus scheme (to be discussed at pre screen stage)

The Person:

  • Experienced in Project management
  • Experience within the Air-Conditioning and Ventilation industry
  • Holds CSCS, NVQ Level 3, or a degree
  • Prior experience managing projects up to £1 million
  • Holds full UK driving licence
