Senior Process Engineer (Chemical Engineering)

Stafford, Staffordshire.

£45,000 - £60,000

Package: 33 days holiday + working from home options + pension + fantastic training and progression opportunities.

Working Hours: 8:00am 4:30pm (Monday Thursday) / 8:30am 3:30pm (Friday).

A business at the forefront of their industry, experiencing significant UK market growth are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated SeniorProcess Engineer to join their established team. Operating for multiple decades, this business has built a fantastic reputation within their industry for technical excellence and delivery of bespoke engineering solutions.

Supplying into a wide variety of manufacturing industries, this business offers their technical expertise into companies operating in very buoyant, progressive markets.

Working in a cross-sectional team, the SeniorProcess Engineer is tasked with utilising their skills to help fulfil Process Engineering Projects, with guidance from the experienced Engineering Team.

Role Description

Working on a range of process engineering projects.

Taking concepts from clients and helping to create a solution.

Creation of flowsheets, P&IDs.

Equipment sizing and design.

Providing expertise on HAZOP, heat transfer and mass transfer.

Utilising AutoCAD.

Specifying equipment and on the occasion helping to commission and handover equipment on the client site.

Skills and Qualifications

3+ Years experience within a Process Engineering position.

Degree Qualified in Chemical Engineering or closely related field.

Technical orientated mindset, able to problem solve and provide solutions.

Able to work effectively within a team environment.
