You’ll be at the forefront of valuations, working closely with landlords to grow an already well-established portfolio. With appointments spanning Uttoxeter, Stafford, and Lichfield, you’ll need to be comfortable managing your own schedule while delivering outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting valuations and securing new landlord instructions across the region.
- Managing an existing landlord portfolio, ensuring high levels of service and retention.
- Negotiating between landlords and tenants to achieve successful lets.
- Conducting viewings and assisting with general lettings enquiries.
- Supporting the wider lettings team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a Lettings Valuer, with strong local market knowledge.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Confidence in handling valuations, negotiating deals, and securing instructions.
- The ability to work independently while being a key part of a wider team.
- ARLA qualification is ideal but not essential - full support will be provided to achieve this.
