Our client based in Stafford is currently looking for a Panel Wirer on an ongoing role. This client is a leading and global manufacturer and supplier of energy systems. This role is an ongoing contract role likely to last a minimum of one year but could be longer.

Job Description: Panel Wirer

  • Installing Mechanical assemblies into the Panels
  • Working to design drawings and schematics
  • Maintain product continuity and Quality
  • Installing additional Fabrication materials into Panels
  • Earthing and Verification of Panels before commencement of Testing
  • Installation of protection relays/components into Electrical Panels and cable assemblies, and terminate correctly
  • Inspection of Cubicles on arrival for Damage/ HSE Issues, Final inspection of Cubicles Prior to Dispatch
  • Using Workshop Power Tools, Drills, Saws, Cutting tools
  • Work within Health and Safety Guidelines
  • Completion of all production paperwork before dispatch

Essential Skills: Panel Wirer

  • Apprentice Trained or 5 Years hands on experience as a panel wirer
  • Must be able to use workshop power tools and hand tools
  • To have basic skills Knowledge of MS office (MS word, excel etc.)
  • Have Good working Knowledge of Schematic Drawings, Wiring Schedules

Desirable Skills: Panel Wirer

  • Preferably hold ECITB/CCNSG Safety Passport

Package -

  • Full time position
