The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned PPC Search Specialist with a proven track record in managing high-budget paid search campaigns on Google and Bing. The perfect candidate will possess significant experience in both lead generation and e-commerce, and be adept at handling large, unstructured data feeds. This role is crucial for enhancing global campaign performance and involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a monthly six-figure PPC budget, ensuring efficient expenditure while achieving key metrics around ROI, ROAS, lead volume, CPL, CPC, and CPA.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google and Bing, from initial strategy and planning through to execution and ongoing refinement.
  • Oversee the management and optimisation of large-scale, unstructured data feeds to ensure maximum campaign performance.
  • Drive performance across both lead-generation websites and e-commerce platforms with targeted approaches tailored to each vertical.
  • Develop and implement bidding strategies for campaigns, ad groups, and keywords, maximising performance within allocated budgets.
  • Regularly analyse and report on campaign performance using relevant tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign decisions.
  • Effectively collaborate with our in-house Technology team to help build and maintain search-related software solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, technology, supply chain, and sales, to align PPC efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Manage global campaigns across multiple languages, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy in all ad creatives.
  • Utilise automation and scripting tools to improve efficiency and campaign results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and platform updates in PPC, implementing relevant changes to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of hands-on experience managing large PPC budgets across Google Ads and Bing Ads in lead-generation and e-commerce environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, unstructured data feeds, with a track record of optimising them for performance.
  • Strong understanding of running multi-language campaigns in global markets.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Advanced knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and experience with automation/scripting for campaign management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through A/B testing and optimisation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Google Ads Certification is preferred.
