Head of Projects / Head of PMO / Projects Director / Delivery / Staffordshire / 80-90k
We have partnered with a Consultancy based in West Midlands, who due to new client wins, and an ever-growing client base, need a head of Projects to Deliver multiple projects.
In this role:
- You will be directly client facing working with a teams of BA's, Developers, and support teams delivering a range of Microsoft based solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management leadership, the ability to manage teams, and the expertise to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project management strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define project scopes, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
- Work with senior leadership and finance teams to develop project budgets and ensure proper allocation of resources.
