EC&I Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple EC&I projects from conception through to completion
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams
- Maintain rigorous cost control, forecasting, and reporting to optimise project profitability
- Implement and uphold project governance, risk management, and compliance procedures
- Support and mentor engineering teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- HNC or Degree in Electrical, Controls, or Instrumentation Engineering (or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years experience managing EC&I projects within an engineering environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience in budget control, forecasting, and cost management
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- PRINCE2, APM Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Working Hours: Monday Friday, 37.5 hours per week (with overtime opportunities)
- Travel Requirements: Based at the Staffordshire office with occasional client site visits (including 2-3 overnight stays per month)
