Lettings Valuer - Staffordshire (Lichfield, Stafford, Uttoxeter) - £26k basic plus uncapped commission)

This is genuinely an exciting and rare opportunity to join this leading, multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have become one of the leading agents in the area. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer who will have the get up and go and motivation to really drive the business forward in generating new landlord business, carrying out valuations and winning the business! The role will be covering the Lichfield, Uttoxeter and Stafford areas and you can be based at any of the mentioned offices. There is also an amount of flexibility for the candidate to work from home once the probationary period is complete.

Main Duties for the Lettings Valuer Role:

  • Presenting for new business on valuation appointments
  • Take on appointments
  • Marketing properties via their CRM system
  • Remarket valuation appointments and liaising with Landlords
  • Desktop valuations
  • Working referrals and leads
  • Seeking out and generating new business

Skills Required:

  • Experience working in a residential lettings business in a valuer role
  • A proven track record in that role
  • A sound professional knowledge of lettings legislation, especially compliance
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic, professional, 'hungry’ for business, and a genuine 'people person’

ARLA qualification - They offer training and support to gain this with training material, exam costs and membership subscription paid by the company

4 weeks holiday plus statutory holidays plus birthday off

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45 to 5:30 plus 1 in 6 Saturdays from 9am to 1:00pm.
