Location: Staffordshire
Salary: Up to 58,000 per year (negotiable based on experience, pro-rata for part-time)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Part-time options available as well.

Our client, a privately owned Psychology Service is seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join their expert team in a purpose-built facility designed for therapeutic excellence. Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload, assessing, developing, and implementing specialist therapeutic interventions.
- Provide clinical supervision to less experienced psychologists, trainees, and assistants.
- Work closely with families and carers, delivering specialist advice and support in complex situations.
- Support service development, including the creation of policies and procedures.
- Travel occasionally as needed to client homes, schools, or other relevant settings.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Psychology & HCPC registration required.
- Minimum of one year of post-qualification clinical experience with children, young people, and families.
- Skilled in managing highly complex, sensitive, or contentious information in emotionally charged contexts.
