Quantity Surveyor - New Build Housing
Edge Careers is looking for an experience Quantity Surveyor with housing experience to join one of our clients who operate in Open Market Housing.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business and be part of a small and very successful commercial team.
There is a degree of flexibility in the role, outline duties will include:
Full commercial responsibility for multiple developments
Tender enquiries
Appointment of sub-contractors, preparation of sub-contract orders
Approving pricing & variations
Sub-contract payments
Preparation and submission of monthly cost/value reports and associated documentation
Settling of accounts
