They began as a small company with a family-type atmosphere and even as they have grown this has remained an important aspect of working for them.What you'll need:• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, • Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts, • Construction background, • Must have the ability to see the full contractual process through from set up, negotiation and on-going maintenance of the terms, • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams, • Proficient in MS Office, • Strong communication skills.
