Samuel Frank is recruiting for a Project Consultant for a Staffordshire based, specialist engineering business. The successful Project Consultant will need to be a British passport holder and be Degree qualified.

Key aspects to the Project Consultant position include;

  • Qualified to least Degree level
  • Ability to quickly assess engineering related situations and be able to offer advice and guidance to client organisations
  • Successful Project Consultant will have a mix of technical, business and interpersonal skills (technical background could be Electrical, Mechanical or Controls)
  • Working with the Senior Leadership team in client organisations to build trust and influence decision making
  • To develop delivery strategies for specific business objectives, including systems and working practices
  • To advise client organisations on best practice and to recognise where improvements can be made to process and systems
  • Project Consultant will have good knowledge of systems implementation and management, ideally in highly regulated industries
  • Providing clients with expert advice and support
  • Ability to talk clearly, persuasively and diplomatically with different stakeholders
  • Collecting, processing, and interpreting data and information.
  • Generating inventive and practical solutions
  • Youll need to be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, as youll be put through basic level security clearance.
  • The management team encourages a sensible work-life balance with the MD making sure people leave the office by 16.30 Monday to Thursday and 12:30 on Fridays
  • The company encourages and will support Engineers taking on Chartered status / MSc qualifications etc.
  • 30 days holiday per year as well as the statutory Bank Holidays
