Receptionist - Front of House Location: StaffordSalary: £21,000 - £24,000 DOEHours: Full time – Monday-Friday – office basedACS have partnered up with a very successful and well established legal firm to support with the recruitment of a front of house receptionist for their stylish office in Stafford. The role is intended to provide effective support to the whole office. Main responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors upon arrival
  • Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls
  • Provide administrative support to all members of staff
  • Scanning and distributing mail on a daily basis
  • Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch
  • Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times
  • Preparing correspondence using our case management system
  • Carrying out other duties and responsibilities as required
You will:
  • have experience in the customer service sector, preferably reception duties but not essential
  • have administration experience within a legal environment (not essential)
  • be comfortable speaking with clients and third parties, both on the telephone and in person
  • communicate professionally, both in written format and verbally
  • be organised, methodical and presentable
  • demonstrate initiative
