What You Will Do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely and successful product delivery.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
  • Facilitate key stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and issue resolution sessions to maintain project momentum.
  • Identify opportunities for cost containment and continuous improvement within projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, enhancing collaborative efforts towards project success.
  • Guide and mentor junior project management staff and cross-functional team members.

What You Will Bring:

  • A University degree or equivalent experience with experience in engineering project management.
  • Proven experience in Design, Development, Engineering, or Operations, with experiences leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word. 
  • Engine/Electric Power experience highly desirable
  • Strong initiative, communication, and organisational skills.
