What You Will Do:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely and successful product delivery.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
- Facilitate key stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and issue resolution sessions to maintain project momentum.
- Identify opportunities for cost containment and continuous improvement within projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments, enhancing collaborative efforts towards project success.
- Guide and mentor junior project management staff and cross-functional team members.
What You Will Bring:
- A University degree or equivalent experience with experience in engineering project management.
- Proven experience in Design, Development, Engineering, or Operations, with experiences leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Engine/Electric Power experience highly desirable
- Strong initiative, communication, and organisational skills.
