Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Driver (Class 1) / Maintenance Coordinator to work for our prestigious client based in Stafford.

The Driver / Maintenance Coordinator will be joining the maintenance department for an amazing motorhome dealership.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the site both inside and outside is kept in a neat and tidy condition in accordance with Health & Safety regulations
  • Report any defects to the Service Centre Manager offering solutions where required
  • Assist office and any departmental moves
  • To ensure quality work at all times when repairing minor faults
  • Safely moving and driving vehicles as instructed (motorhomes)

Duties will include:

  • Moving motorhomes around the forecourt 
  • Parking of motorhomes 
  • Driving motorhomes to bodyshop / MOT appointments 
  • Driving motorhomes to customers for delivery 
  • Hoovering up of leaves in the autumn and winter
  • Mowing lawns and trimming edges
  • Weeding and general gardening
  • Cleaning drains and guttering
  • Changing of light bulbs as necessary both inside and outside
  • Unblocking of any toilets or sinks
  • Changing locks
  • Hanging doors
  • General plumbing within capabilities
  • Repairing any brickwork within capabilities
  • Painting and decorating
  • General domestic maintenance

Core Skills / Knowledge:

  • Pride in work to ensure highest quality service to maintain site in clean, tidy and fit for purpose condition
  • Energy and drive to avoid procrastination and maximise time.
  • Good DIY skills
  • Class 1 Driving License 

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

Rate of Pay: £25,000 per annum
