Key Responsibilities:

Achieve Budget & KPI Goals: Each Tool Hire Manager will strive to meet hire budgets and continually improve KPIs.
Promote Hire & Sales: The Tool Hire Manager will foster strong customer relationships through proactive internal and external selling.
Safety Compliance: Every Tool Hire Manager must ensure health and safety standards are met across all hire operations.
Manage Distribution & Transport: Oversee the hire transport operations to ensure compliance with both legal and company guidelines.
Fleet Maintenance & Branch Duties: As part of the branch team, the Tool Hire Manager will also manage fleet upkeep, company audits, reports, and stock takes.
