I am looking for individuals with a solid understanding of PLCs, SCADA, HMI, variable speed drives, and instrumentation products. Experience in maintenance, electrical engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Design and develop control systems, including PLC and HMI/SCADA software, and perform updates or modifications to existing systems.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Program PLCs such as Siemens, Rockwell, or Mitsubishi, and/or SCADA systems like Siemens, Rockwell, or Wonderware platforms.
- Conduct on-site commissioning across the UK, which may involve short periods of travel.
- Hold a degree in Software Engineering and/or relevant Electrical qualifications.
- Have hands-on experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi PLCs, or SCADA platforms like Wonderware, Iconics, or Schneider.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Hold a clean UK driving license and be eligible to work in the UK.
