Aspire People are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Stafford. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a busy learning environment and inspire students to develop a strong foundation in mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Plan, prepare, and implement engaging lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
Assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and support to help them reach their full potential.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the curriculum and improve student outcomes.
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to further engage students in mathematics.
The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
Previous experience teaching Maths at secondary school level (ideally KS3 & KS4 experience is a plus).
A passion for mathematics and the ability to inspire students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A proactive approach to teaching and classroom management.
