This role will allow you to inspire and support students from Year 7 to Year 11 as part of a school renowned for its high standards in learning, teaching, and behaviour, as well as its success in extra-curricular activities.
With over 14 years of experience in education, including leadership roles in secondary schools and a strong recruitment background, I am dedicated to helping you find the right fit and supporting your professional growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), but the role is also open to fluent Spanish speakers without QTS who are passionate about teaching and learning.
- Has a strong passion for Spanish and inspiring students to achieve their best.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS and Children's Barred List Check.
The Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons using data to cater to the needs of all students.
- Mark and assess students' work, offering feedback that supports progress and attainment.
- Implement teaching strategies that encourage student engagement and achievement.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.
