Working hours: Monday to Friday 07.30 - 19.30, 60 hours per week on a permanent, full-time basis.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervising the security team, providing exceptional first line manned guarding and customer service to all court users.
  • Ensuring compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
  • Ensuring that all duties are carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, including the monitoring of premises, CCTV and search channels.
  • Be point of contact for any security issues within the complex, and recording and reporting details of those incidents.
  • Duty manager cover on weekends on rotation.
  • To manage team rotas and Timegate systems.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK.
  • An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
  • SIA Licence
  • Strong people and customer service skills
  • Good diligence and high standard of work
  • Effective communication skills
