I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Residential Home in the Stafford area.

We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager or a Strong Senior Care Assistant who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.

For the right candidate the salary is up to £29,328

The Deputy Manager must have

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
• Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
• Prior experience as Senior Care Assistant (Essential)
• Strong staff management skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Good understanding about CQC regulations
