Experienced Mental Health and Complex care support workers required to support Supported Living and Complex Care services within the Staffordshire area.

12 hour and 10 hour shifts available across Long Days and Waking Night Shifts

The suitable Support Worker will:

  • Have worked a minimum of 6monthswith recent experience working within the UK supporting the below ;
  • Support Experience of Autism, Learning Disabilities, providing Personal Care, Administering Medication, Complex Care, Epilepsy,Physical Disabilities, Sensory Disabilities, Mental Health, Self-harm and Sensory impairments.
  • Complex Care experience of: Catheter Care, Manual Handling, Tracheostomy Care, Nasogastric Tube Feeding, Spinal Care, Ventilation, Bowel Care / Stimulation, Parenteral nutrition care.
  • Lone Working or working part of a team.
  • Have a flexible approach to work
  • Have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives
  • Able to comfortably travel to services within this location
