Tripod is currently recruiting for Financial Wellbeing Family Hub Coaches to join Staffordshire Council.

Roles available in Stafford, Lichfield, Tamworth, Cannock, Codsall, Biddulph, Burton, Newcastle-under-Lyme

Immediate start with ongoing contract. £17.94 per hour.

Role will include:

  • To work effectively with the residents of Staffordshire providing financial wellbeing support.
  • To provide emergency drop-in support to our must vulnerable households around their financial wellbeing.
  • Have experience working with vulnerable individuals and safeguarding experience.
  • Deliver face to face workshops in the family hubs and out in the community for Staffordshire residents around budgeting and financial wellbeing.
  • Identify those most in need and support them to access their entitlements.
  • Map out the support available for households to access nationally and locally and develop and maintain a database.
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions to evidence impact and outcomes.
  • Attend community support provided to households by our partners to promote and actively engage residents into the support available.
  • Have excellent planning skills and the ability to plan your time effectively.
  • Complete referrals into additional support when identified need.
