Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to support the learning and development of students with SEN. This role is crucial in helping our students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Support students’ social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and development.
Requirements:
- A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support is a plus.
