Qualified TeacherWe are seeking a Qualified Teacher with a passion for special educational needs (SEN) to join our supportive team. This role involves working with children aged 5-11 who have various needs, including ASD, MLD, and SLD, helping them to reach their full potential in a nurturing environment.Key Details:

  • Position: Qualified Teacher
  • Location: Stafford
  • Salary: Minimum of £83.33 per day
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30
  • Contract: Temporary agency supply via Hays

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of SEN students.
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with SEN coordinators.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in teaching SEN children is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and frameworks.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of special education.
  • Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.
