Are you able to lead and develop SEN provision?

Academics are looking for an experienced and passionate SENCo for a long-term cover at a caring and inclusive secondary school in Stafford. This role is initially until the end of the academic year but does have the potential to extend or even become permanent.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Extensive knowledge of the SEND code of practice
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A passion for supporting inclusive education
  • The confidence to liaise with parents/ carers and colleagues to improve outcomes
  • A commitment to safeguarding and knowledge of safeguarding policy
