As a key player in the supply chain team, this role is responsible for overseeing the entire end-to-end supply chain process. You will work closely with the operational supply chain management team, spearheading the analysis of supply chain data and various operational components to uncover and implement optimization opportunities.

You will recommend and drive continuous improvement initiatives that lead to measurable cost savings. This includes leading cross-functional, end-to-end supply chain projects, mapping supply chain processes, and regularly reviewing and maintaining supply chain parameters and policies.

Additionally, you will support the monthly Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process and facilitate the dissemination of knowledge through the creation and implementation of training programs, contributing to the overall execution of the Supply Chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve and sustain performance levels in line with established KPIs and SMART objectives.
  2. Compile and analyse key supply chain metrics, generating insights and communicating findings to the broader supply chain team for feedback.
  3. Proactively identify and drive improvement projects by analysing data, making informed recommendations, and ensuring successful project delivery in collaboration with operational teams.
  4. Support the monthly SIOP process by analysing and summarizing business demand, inventory, supply, and capacity data, and coordinating related supply chain actions.
  5. Assess the feasibility of customer lead time reduction requests and lead their implementation.
  6. Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of supply chain policies and procedures, in collaboration with the wider team.
  7. Maintain a comprehensive end-to-end supply chain process map, highlighting current operations and identifying areas for improvement in alignment with the Supply Chain Strategy.
  8. Regularly evaluate ERP system parameters, recommending and documenting changes to optimize supply chain performance.
  9. Support the enhancement of ERP systems, leading the testing and implementation of system improvements.
  10. Establish and maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders to foster strong working relationships and keep all parties informed of supply chain improvements.
